Take temporary ownership, become admin
Open “Run” with [Windows] + [R]
Type “cmd” and press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [Enter]
Type “net user administrator /active:yes”
The administrator account is now activated
To deactivate: “net user administrator /active:no”
